For many years Gloster Global has worked
directly with Shona artists in Zimbabwe to develop contemporary
yet timeless designs. In doing so, we have had the privilege
of building close, personal relationships that mirror the core
integrity exhibited in the works themselves.
To safeguard that
integrity – the bonds of caring, trust,
and respect upon which our business has been built –we
executed and registered the SAAFAIR® trademark, which
ensures fair treatment for the artists and protects their
creations
and market integrity, as well as assuring authenticity to
those who purchase the works. Further, in cooperation with
all of
our associated
artists we have registered copyrights with the U. S. Copyright
Office for all of the family-related works
we present, as well as all of the collateral support and
marketing materials we provide to our customers.
 From grass
roots to government, Gloster Global’s involvement
at every level of the supply-chain – from sourcing
raw material to product sell-through in the marketplace – is
reflected in the consistency and quality of SAAFAIR® products.
Together with our sculpture and jewelry, our brands and trademarked
designs are registered and currently in development for roll
out in over 40 compatible product and merchandising mixes.
